What is on this site today, and how its pages will be made.

What is here now

Kitchens Ranked is new. It doesn't list or rank any business and publishes no facts yet. The home page lists the questions we plan to answer.

Where facts will come from

From official sources, such as government agencies and licensing boards. We use a source only after we have confirmed that it may be shown publicly, and each page will list its sources with the date we checked them.

How facts will be checked

For each fact, software saves the exact sentence in the source that supports it and checks the fact against that sentence. A fact that fails a check isn't shown, and the page says what we don't know. Each page will say what software checked and what a person checked.

How we will rank

If a page lists businesses, it will say how they were chosen and ordered, using public records such as a current license. No business will pay for its place in that order, and any paid or featured placement will be labeled.
